Founders

Emmanuel Dollé

Co-founder — CEO

25 years spent understanding how decisions are made, including 17 years at Google and Meta across France, EMEA and the United States, before joining a French AI scale-up. He witnessed two successive ruptures: the collapse of traditional purchase funnels, then the shift of decision-making into the generated answer, before any click. He founded Bubbling to make that blind spot measurable: knowing when, why and against whom a brand is recommended inside AI conversations, and what to do about it.

Jean-Baptiste Sicard

Co-founder — Chief Operating Officer

An entrepreneur, he founded Funds360, a European database on investment funds, which he built over nine years before selling it to the Euronext group in 2022. Since then he has supported entrepreneurs in their growth and structuring: Ledgity, Iceblock, Les Experts du Patrimoine, which he co-founded, among others. At Bubbling he leads finance, company structuring and strategic partnerships, with one constant conviction: what isn't measured doesn't exist, and AI conversations are no exception.

Christoph Stadeler

Co-founder — Chief Growth Officer

He shapes Bubbling's strategy: which markets to address, which questions to ask the models, and how to turn a generated answer into a decision a marketing leadership team can act on. His conviction: visibility inside AI answers is never decreed: it is measured, benchmarked against competitors and built over time.

Team

Ludovic Cravoisier

Lead tech

He owns the platform's backend architecture and its measurement chain: multi-turn conversation generation, citation extraction, and methodology versioning so that indicators stay comparable from one cycle to the next. He also leads the platform's expansion to new models (Claude, Mistral, Grok, Perplexity) and to German, ahead of the DACH markets. Trained at 42 Paris, he cut his teeth at Celena AI on document pipelines where reliability comes before everything else. His conviction: the challenge is not generating many conversations, but building a measurement chain whose results stay reproducible and comparable over time.

Thomas Chabrol

Head of Mid-market Sales

He brings 15 years in key business roles across several European tech companies, first in sales then in Revenue Operations. One conviction drives his work: selling is a discipline that can be measured and trained. He co-founded G8te on that principle: a gamified, AI-driven prospecting training platform, paired with a full Go-to-Market offering for companies looking to test a new proposition or accelerate their international expansion.

Louis Dollé

AI Visibility Analyst

Louis brings to Bubbling's measurement work the mathematical and computer-science rigour of École Polytechnique (l'X). He handles the complex quantitative analyses behind the platform's indicators, builds the AI components that power conversation generation and evaluation, and produces in-depth client analyses: how a brand is cited, framed and ranked across engines, and what the data says about the levers to pull. French, he spent ten years in Ireland and is fully bicultural, which shows in the way he reads English and French answers side by side. He joined Bubbling in 2026, first as a summer intern, then part-time alongside his studies at École Polytechnique (l'X). His conviction: an AI answer is only worth measuring if you can explain, step by step, how the number was produced. A keen climber, he applies the same rule on the wall: never trust a hold you haven't tested.

Education: École Polytechnique (l'X)

Rafael Possolo

Marketing & Growth (apprentice)

Rafael owns Bubbling's content and growth: the articles, videos and studies that help brands understand what AI says about them, the campaign tooling, and the watch on a market that reinvents itself every month. He joined the team in September 2026 as an apprentice alongside his BUT in Sales & Marketing Techniques at IUT Nice Côte d'Azur. Born in Paris, he grew up in Southern Africa with English as his first language. Before marketing there was theatre, short films and video editing: the art of turning raw material into something worth watching. His conviction: the brands AI cites are the ones that explain themselves clearly.

Advisors & partners

Maxime Dassonville

Strategic Advisor CPG / FMCG

More than 25 years spent understanding how brands win consumer preference and grow their business in France and internationally, at Mars, BIC, Johnson & Johnson, SEB and Samsung. His career took him abroad for over 10 years and at the crossroads of marketing and sales across highly varied markets, categories and distribution channels. Passionate about buying behaviours and the way consumers make their decisions, he puts his knowledge of the consumer goods world at Bubbling's service. He brings that expertise to a new playing field: the one where AI is progressively becoming an entry point into the decision, with one simple conviction: helping brands gain visibility, relevance and preference in these new conversations.
