How Bubbling handles your data and your brand name: hosting, compartmentalization, subprocessors and data subject rights.
GDPR compliance
Bubbling processes data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing is limited to what visibility measurement requires: building test conversations and reporting results. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Hosting and compartmentalization
Data is hosted by AWS in the European Union and compartmentalized per client. Each client has an isolated space: one client's data is never mixed with another's.
Use of your brand name
Your brand name is used only to build the test conversations and measure that brand's visibility in AI answers. It is never resold, never used for another client, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data retention
The data retention period is specified in the client contract.
